MCA Spring Yoga
Join MCA for our Spring Yoga Session.
Our low impact yoga class is great for all yoga levels and is open to ages 14 and up (if under 18 you must be accompanied by an adult).
This session our instructor will be leading Hatha style classes which focus on breathing, yoga poses and meditation.
Classes will take place in the MCA gym with all COVID-19 rules and restrictions in
place. You will need to bring your own equipment (mats, straps, blocks, blankets etc.) and mats will be socially distanced so they are at least 6 feet apart.
We will also be offering a virtual livestream option if you would like to participate from home.
*Must be a current MCA Member to participate*
Classes will take place on Sundays from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
